Escaping the Traffic Jam!

While driving on road, we find many interesting kind of drivers, especially in India. Some specifically drive in wrong direction every day to save fuel. Sometimes, if you are about to take a full 90 degree left turn, suddenly you will find a bike and sometimes car in front of you. And best is when you find a parked truck, not for a day or two but for weeks standing there.

Some people are always in hurry, especially some of the bikers. They know not what they are doing. Anywhere they find the space in which their bike can exactly fit in, they just land in it. And when someone hits them, they fight as if everyone else is responsible to drive safely except them. One time I witnessed a biker trying to hit a car driver with his helmet, but those who gathered around saved the car driver.

Many common accidents happen due to heavy traffic. People have habit of driving their vehicle which is always just about to touch the vehicle in front of them. Whenever there is a sudden break due to some mid-road construction or some truck/auto changing its wheel, they do press the break, but the relative distance is so less, that break helps but not 100 %.

Most common cause of traffic jams are :-

Some truck driver crossing the red light, half row allows, and half row does not allow him to cross.

People competing to remain in the front.

Rail gates: It’s very interesting to observe the rail gate when it is closed. After the train passed, traffic is equally spread on both sides of roads facing each other. And both sides end up in wasting time of each other and criticizing each other for going in wrong direction.
Some wise people compare this situation to the situation of this world. Now a days, people do not think about society as whole and are to much absorbed in themselves, that they in-turn create trouble for others, which in-turn brings the trouble back to them as well.

Our small mistake or hurry may sometimes cost a life in trouble, rushing towards the hospital in ambulance or sometimes in car or especially in India, on a scooty (क्यूंकी भारत वालों के घर के साथ साथ स्कूटी बी छोटी हो सकती है, पर दिल बहुत बड़ा होता है! Because along with the home of the people of India, the scooter can be small as well, but their heart is very big!).

Sometimes ambulance might be empty and we may not allow it to pass, but we should always allow it as it might be going to pick up someone in emergency.

Once I found a friend standing on the left of the road, and I suddenly stopped my bike just to say him hi, and the car behind me had to suddenly stop. There was a small child in the car, who was hurt a bit. Though it was not a big injury,  but I still feel guilty that I hurt an innocent child due to my irresponsible behavior.

We must first be a human being. By these examples we can learn that these cases are observed not only while driving a car or a bike, but while driving the body as well.

We park our body at wrong place due to our false pride i.e. we forcefully do the work which is not of our nature and interest, and thus hampering the rightful people to do the right job. Old generation do not leave the jobs and thus unemployment arises in young generation. Young generation is not trained properly in schools and colleges to work for the right cause, to work for things they are born for and at a particular place.

Wherever we find profit in terms of money, we just land in without thinking its after effects, without thinking our nature, due to greed and lust.

Without accepting our mistakes, we start fighting with our friends/relatives.

We compete to remain in the front due to envy and we do not co-ordinate with each other and cause traffic jam in our life as well as others!

We suddenly apply breaks to our life due to obstacles in life. Many times due to lack of proper guidance, we take impulsive decisions causing pain to our relatives who know us as their lovable object, who are not just about to touch us, but are always in touch with us.

Due to our attachments to look good we use various products which are made by killing innocent creatures.

So drive safely and softly, because when we are sensitive to everyone else, we live the life full of joy.

The only way to avoid the traffic jam is taking the less crowded path or a wide road or a combination of both i.e. path of wise people. Following their path is less crowded as they are rare, but the capacity of their path is unlimited as the wisdom keeps growing when shared.
